Orla O'Sullivan

Originally from Ireland, Orla graduated from the European School of Physiotherapy in Amsterdam. She is an experienced Physiotherapist with a diverse background across private practice, community health, aged care, and Sports Physiotherapy.

Orla is currently the Sydney Swans Academy Female Pathways Physiotherapist, providing injury management, rehabilitation, and performance improvement. Orla has also worked as Assistant Physiotherapist for the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks NRLW.

Drawing on her broad clinical experience, Orla creates supportive and engaging exercise classes that focus on functional strength and stability. Her goal is to help participants ‘Move Well’. She is passionate about helping people improve their strength, balance, mobility, and confidence through exercise tailored to individual needs and goals.

We are thrilled to have Orla running our Wednesday and Friday morning small group classes.
