Lauren Hudson (Physiotherapist)

Lauren has extensive experience in exercise and rehabilitation. She is a Senior Outpatient Physiotherapist at Kareena Hospital, guiding her patients through post operative care and rehabilitation.

Lauren is trained in Matwork and Reformer Pilates and she 

brings this expertise to our Monday night small group stability classes.

Class participants benefit from her attentive care, for all types of injuries.
